David Dumeresque

David Dumeresque recruits senior executives and board directors for Information, Communications and Entertainment organisations across publishing, broadcast, digital media sectors, as well as recruiting senior technology professionals into a wide variety of other organisations. He also has advised a wide spectrum of professional services firm on senior lateral hires, including lawyers, accountants, consultants and real estate professionals.

With over 30 years of advisory experience, his track record covers the full range of group corporate centre functions with particular emphasis on the C – suite, as well as functional appointments, especially in technology. David is one of the leaders of the ICE practice within Tinzon Group, an international executive search and consultancy partnership comprising a global network of executive search firms

A qualified solicitor, David practised in London and Paris with Slaughter and May before spending some ten years in investment banking with NatWest Investment Bank and Citicorp Investment Bank. He joined Tyzack in 1991. David is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.



Mark Iliffe

For the last seven years, Mark has had a particular focus partnering with organisations within the healthcare services sector; typically identifying talent capable of leading and transforming businesses and functions. Clients include the largest businesses in the sector to start-ups, with ownership structures ranging from private equity to social enterprise. Additional sector knowledge and experience includes natural resources, retail, business services and manufacturing.

Mark’s early career post-graduation was in sales and marketing with a global IT organisation before entering the recruitment industry with a major international group. Following a progressive career leading teams across a range of functions and industries, Mark joined an executive search boutique, gaining experience of delivering assignments in a number of sectors, functional areas and geographies.

In his spare time, Mark is a fair weather golfer, occasional cricketer and an avid supporter of Woking Football Club and his sons’ varied sporting endeavours.



Robin Murray Brown

Robin Murray Brown handles board and senior executive assignments for clients in sectors affected by regulation and public policy, including in the public and not for profit sectors. These include a range of industry and professional associations, government bodies and other representative and stakeholder organisations. He also advises boards on wider strategic issues including governance, effective board practice and board development.

Robin has worked in executive search and board consultancy since 1995. A former Managing Director at Norman Broadbent, he has a strong history of securing candidates from non-traditional and international backgrounds for senior roles. His first-hand board experience includes (currently) serving as the independent chairman of the Nominations Committee of a trade association and sitting on the management committee of a military museum.

Robin is a modern languages graduate who has lived and worked internationally. During his early career in the Army, he completed operational, training and staff tours in the UK, Germany, Belgium, the Caribbean and the Persian Gulf, and subsequently spent three years as a Vice President with the American-owned A.T. Kearney Executive Search.



Neal Wyman

Neal Wyman is one of the Senior Partners of Tyzack having joined the firm twenty eight years ago. He specialises in Board Appointments for both Quoted and Unquoted companies, and has strong connections within Private Equity. His primary focus is on the Consumer Sector with a particular specialism in Leisure, Hospitality, Travel and Gaming. He has recently been responsible for the appointment of the Chief Executives of two of the UK’s leading leisure companies. A number of his assignments have a strong International dimension.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant having undertaken graduate articles with Coopers and Lybrand (PWC), prior to spending two years in Hong Kong with Peat Marwick Mitchell (KPMG). He has a degree in Economics from the LSE.

Outside of work, Neal has a keen interest in many sports including; Cricket, football, rugby, horse racing and golf. He has two adult children and lives in London and Hampshire.



Johnny Martin Smith

Johnny joined Tyzack as an advisor in 2016. After an early career in the British Army, he has spent his working life in Financial Services with a number of international investment banks, most recently as Head of Corporate Broking at W.H. Ireland.

His main focus has been on the global mining sector where he has been an advisor to companies from the largest multinationals to smaller, more focussed resources companies.

He has lived and worked in South Africa and has an extensive network of contacts in many African countries as well as other emerging markets.



Natalie Weir

Natalie joined Tyzack Partners in 2014 as Executive Assistant and Head of Support Services. Before this she was a PA/Strategic Account Support at AEGON UK. Natalie is pivotal to supporting the London team, connecting candidates and consultants across our international network, and manages the office in London.
